Our Technical Support team are on hand to give advice and support to installers, architects, engineers and customers. Most of the questions we are asked relate to floor loadings, acoustics and fire ratings. In some cases it can be a question that’s specific to a particular project or in others the answer can be found on the Frequently Asked Questions section of our website.
Providing technical support at Kingspan means much more than simply manning the telephone – members of our team often go on site visits, including overseas visits, where required, to provide testing or to help solve a particular issue that has arisen.
